Fan Expo - Day 3
Today marks the end of the 2009 Fan Expo and all in all I think it was a success. I met some pretty cool people both of the celebrity and normal “nature” and some people I hope I will never bump into again “GOOBLE-BOMB” and Udo Kier (Andy Warhol’s Dracula) both of whom absolutely terrified me. Also I was able to cross a few things off of my 2009 Fan Expo Bucket list.

- Get Ethan Van Sciver to do a sketch for me (and a sig) (I forgot the books I wanted signed at home)
- Find a Black Lantern shirt and/or hat (I found the short but who would have thought there would only be sizes M-XXXL as a comic book convention)
- Sit in on the TMNT 25th anniversary panel √
Overall I am impressed with the outcome of the 2009 Fan Expo but the organization left much to be desired and the anime kids costumes are far too large and block entire aisles but aside from that the 2009 Fan Expo was amazing and I look forward to what they have up their sleeves for 2010.
For those of you who don’t know who Udo Kier is, here’s a picture…this man is scarier in person then on film and I am pretty sure he had dried coke stuck to the side of his nose.
