GAMER - The Movie

As a gamer and lover of cheesy action films, I will probably end up seeing Mark Neveldine’s new movie Gamer, which stars Gerard Butler and Ludacris of all people. I know this movie isn’t going to be winning any awards any time soon, but it looks like stupid brain dead fun, much like Death Race or any other bone head action flick.

To date there hasn’t been a decent video game influenced movie, and I am pretty sure this one wont be the exception. The genre itself is literally a cash grab at fanboy-ism.

4 - Double Dragon

2 - Street Fighter

1 - Super Mario Bros (what a terrible, disappointing movie, even at 9 years old I knew this movie was garbage)
